Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking information.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all eligible deliveries within the United States. The applicable flat shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations or where special delivery equipment, such as cranes or restricted-access services, is required. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before delivery is scheduled.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier schedules, road restrictions, and destination.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access for the delivery vehicle and sufficient space to safely unload the container at the delivery location. If special equipment or additional services are required, additional charges may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the freight carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
