Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with available shipment or delivery information.
Delivery area
We deliver throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Flat-rate delivery of $410 applies to all US delivery addresses.
Shipping costs
For eligible orders, the delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment. We charge a flat-rate delivery of $410 anywhere in the USA, displayed at checkout before payment. We do not add unapproved delivery charges after an order is placed.
Delivery time
Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or modified units follow the build schedule stated on the invoice. Delivery dates may change because of weather, carrier schedules, road restrictions, or destination access; we contact you if the schedule changes.
Delivery requirements
You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for the delivery vehicle and sufficient level space to safely unload the container. Confirm any permits required by your city or county before delivery. If the site is inaccessible on arrival, a re-delivery fee may apply only after it is disclosed and approved.
Delivery updates
We provide the available carrier, shipment, or delivery information by email after dispatch. Delivery updates vary by carrier and route.
Lost or damaged shipments
Inspect your container on delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue with the freight carrier and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. See our Return & Refund Policy.
