These Terms of Service govern all purchases made from Container Housing Solution at containerhousingsolution.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They describe exactly how our online store works.

1. Products we sell
We supply new, one-trip and used shipping containers, container offices, guard booths and modified container structures throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Photographs are representative of the model and condition grade described; used and one-trip units show normal surface wear, and small differences in paint, markings and container number are expected. Any specification that matters to you is stated in the product description or confirmed by us in writing before you order.
2. Prices and ordering
All prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout. Delivery is a flat rate of $410 anywhere in the USA, shown at checkout before payment. Sales tax is shown as a separate line. Your order is confirmed when we send your order confirmation email. If a listed price is clearly incorrect, we contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods that are displayed at checkout: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Link, processed securely by Stripe, and direct bank transfer (ACH or wire) for larger orders. We never request payment by cash, check, gift card, cryptocurrency or peer-to-peer app. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
4. Custom and modified units
Where you order a modified or custom-built unit, we confirm the specification with you in writing before fabrication begins. Once fabrication has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible; this is stated on your order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and standard delivery is 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. You are responsible for safe access and level unloading space at the delivery address. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, which also explains cancellations and refund timescales. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown as a separate line. See our Sales Tax Policy.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of Container Housing Solution unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Delays caused by carriers, weather, site readiness or regulatory approvals are outside our control and are communicated to you as soon as we know.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, and disputes are subject to the courts of California.
