However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or refund is needed. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights, eligibility, and the procedures we follow to ensure a fair and transparent process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your container home or product must meet the following conditions:

The request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in unused condition, with no modifications, damage, or alterations after delivery.

All original documentation, including invoices, delivery receipts, and any supplied accessories, must be returned along with the product.
Please note that custom-built units or products modified to customer specifications are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Support team within the 30-day window with the following information:

3. Inspection & Approval
All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. This inspection determines whether the product qualifies under the return policy. We may refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage not related to a defect, or if it fails to meet the return eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Processing typically takes 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your container home arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you, subject to verification.
