Accepted payment methods
The payment methods available to you are always displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. We currently accept:
- Credit and debit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, processed securely by Stripe.
- Link – Stripe’s saved-card checkout, where shown at checkout.
- Direct bank transfer (ACH or wire) – available for larger container orders and freight-arranged deliveries. Our bank details are sent on your invoice after you place the order, and your order ships once the transfer clears.
We do not offer buy-now-pay-later financing, and we do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, money orders, gift cards, cryptocurrency or peer-to-peer payment apps. If anyone asks you to pay us by one of these methods, it is not us — contact us immediately at info@containerhousingsolution.com.
Currency and totals
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Delivery charges and any applicable sales tax are shown as separate lines at checkout before you pay, so the checkout total is the full amount charged. We never add charges after your order is placed.
When you are charged
Card payments are authorized and captured when you place your order. Bank transfers are due on receipt of the invoice. You receive an emailed order confirmation and receipt for every payment.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS and card details are entered directly into our PCI-compliant processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Failed, cancelled and refunded payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and you can retry with another method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
